Now that you are a resident of Midtown Apartment Living, it’s time to get connected. Getting started is quick and easy. Simply follow the directions below.
- Email us at aug@aubenrealty.com to request access to your Online Resident Portal. (Please include your name and property address.)
- You will receive an email with a link to your personal, secure Online Resident Portal.
- Create a password, SAVE your password and start get started keeping up to date on payments, maintenance requests and more.
PAYING RENT
We hope to make the process of paying rent as pain-free as possible. For that reason we offer many convenient ways to pay. From digital payments, to e-cash or your own credit/debit card, we offer a variety of methods for making your monthly payment.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
As a Midtown resident you may choose any of the following methods for paying rent.
eCheck (100% free to you!)
Paying via eCheck is 100% free to you and takes only minutes to set up. Simply enter your bank routing and account numbers, into your secure Online Resident Portal. This one time process will allow you to pay rent or any other charge directly from your checking or savings account.
Personal Credit or Debit Card
If you would like to utilize your personal debit or credit card to pay rent, or any other charge, you can do so via your secure Online Resident Portal. (A small online fee applies to all credit/debit transactions.)
Electronic Cash Payments
For any resident who wishes to pay via cash, please contact our office via email aug@aubenrealty.com and we can provide you with a reusable PaySlip which can be presented at any CVS location to pay your rent in cash (a $3.99 transaction fee applies; $1,500 maximum per transaction).
